Marketplace purchases

• The marketplace sells AI agents and AI workforce packages as managed services configured by QualityWorks.
• Some agents are available for secure online checkout. Custom agents, large teams, and complex packages may require a quote before purchase.
• Prices, discounts, setup fees, and monthly subscription amounts are shown before checkout whenever an item is self-service priced.

Customer responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, business context, workflow requirements, and required tool access.
• Customers must have the right to connect any software, account, data, files, or communication channels they ask QualityWorks to use.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or regulated decisions.

Setup and delivery

QualityWorks will use the selected agent scope, onboarding details, and any agreed quote to configure the purchased agents. Launch timing depends on customer responsiveness, third-party access, workflow complexity, and package size.

• Setup may include workflow discovery, configuration, testing, handoff notes, and launch support.
• A setup call may be required for packages, custom quotes, or workflows that need third-party tool coordination.
• QualityWorks may pause setup if required access, approvals, or customer details are missing.

Third-party services

AI agents may connect to third-party tools such as email, calendars, CRMs, chat tools, spreadsheets, payment platforms, or knowledge bases. Those services remain governed by their own terms, limits, pricing, and availability.

Changes and availability

QualityWorks may update agents, pricing, packages, and service terms as the marketplace evolves. Material changes that affect active customers will be handled through customer communication or updated subscription terms.
