Clear expectations before setup starts

Subscription cancellations

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle through the Stripe billing portal when available, or by contacting support.
• Cancellation stops future monthly billing after the current paid period. Access, support, or active workflows may end when the paid period closes.
• If an account has custom billing terms, those terms control the cancellation timeline.

Setup fees

Setup fees cover planning, workflow review, configuration, customer handoff, and launch preparation. Because setup work can begin soon after purchase, setup fees may become non-refundable once work has started.

• If setup has not started, QualityWorks may cancel the order and refund eligible setup charges.
• If setup has started, refunds are reviewed based on completed work, access already configured, and the delivery scope.
• Custom package setup fees follow the approved quote or written agreement.

First-month charges

• First-month discounts apply only to eligible first-time purchases shown at checkout.
• If a checkout error or duplicate charge occurs, contact support with the order email and Stripe receipt.
• Refunds for monthly charges are reviewed case by case and may depend on usage, elapsed time, and delivery progress.

Custom quote requests

Submitting a custom quote request does not create a paid subscription. Payment terms, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are confirmed before custom work begins.
