Most paid orders move into onboarding after payment confirmation. QualityWorks reviews the selected agents, confirms the workflow, collects any required access, and schedules the setup steps needed to launch.
QualityWorks configures and supports the AI agents purchased through this marketplace. Support does not include unrelated IT administration, unsupported third-party platform changes, or work outside the agreed agent scope unless a new quote is approved.
